Each of our therapists takes their own enquiries, so the quickest route is to contact the therapist you'd like to work with directly. You'll find a short introduction from each of us, along with fees and contact details, on our therapists page.

If you're not sure who to approach, email us at tonbridgecounsellinghub@gmail.com and we'll point you towards whoever fits best. Tell us briefly what you're looking for and whether you'd prefer face-to-face, online or outdoor sessions.

What happens next

Your therapist will usually reply within a few working days and offer an initial conversation before you commit to anything. That's a chance to talk about what's going on, hear how they work, and decide whether it feels like a good fit.

If what you're looking for isn't something we can help with, we'll say so and suggest where else to look.

Where to find us

Room 1, Riverside House, River Lawn Road, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1EP.

Riverside House is a short walk from Tonbridge town centre and the railway station, with parking nearby. Online sessions run by video call, wherever you are.

Fees and concessions

Fees vary by therapist and currently range from £60 to £95 per session. Each of our therapists offers a number of concessionary spaces. These are available to anyone who needs one, with no proof or paperwork required. Just ask, and if a space is available, it's yours.

A note on privacy

Anything you send us is confidential. We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list.
